Some schools sell access keys to students through their bookstores, primarily to support those financial aid students who cannot purchase directly at zybooks.com. Bookstore representatives can email firstname.lastname@example.org to request access keys. Two payments methods for bookstores are supported:
Bill Me Later - A bank of access keys will be provided in the form of a PDF. After a certain date (e.g. after add/drop date usually 3 weeks after courses start), an invoice will be sent for the number of keys sold. When invoicing, we can reference a Purchase Order. Any unsold keys will be deactivated.
Pay Up Front - An accurate purchase order must be provided to zyBooks in this method. Access keys will be be provided to you in the form of a PDF and an invoice will be sent for the number of access keys requested. Please note that all sales are final and we do not allow returns if this method is selected.
In either case, access keys are made for specific classes in a specific term and are not reusable or transferrable in the future.
