- You may have mistyped your email address when originally signing up. The support team may be able to help you determine and correct the email you typed. Send us your first and last name and any email addresses you think you might have used.
- Our email to you may be in your spam or junk folder. Some email systems entirely block certain auto-generated messages as well (Yahoo email seems particularly stingy).
