- You may have multiple emails associated with your account; your profile page lists them. Check each of those accounts.
- You may have mistyped your email address. The support team may be able to help you determine and correct the email you typed if you provide them with your first and last name and the email address you believe you used.
- You may have received the email in your spam folder. Some email systems block certain auto-generated messages as well (yahoo email seems particularly stingy).
